Our real estate litigation group was established as a separate, specialised department because we understand the diverse problems that arise in relation to real estate. We also recognise that clients affected by property disputes justifiably expect a tailored and focused service provided by specialist lawyers. Whilst it is distinct from our litigation and arbitration group, the two groups work in tandem to broaden the available services to our clients.
Our lawyers have unique skills and experience that are highly beneficial to anyone involved with real estate. You may be a freeholder, leaseholder, landlord, tenant, management company, agent, surveyor, architect, engineer, contractor, insurance company, buyer or seller; we will understand your needs and will talk your language.
Property issues also arise within other legal areas, e.g. probate disputes, trust disputes, insolvency and professional negligence claims. Our lawyers are also experienced in these associated areas and can therefore provide a complete service.
Our real estate group is headed by Mark Hessel. His experience ranges from disputes as large as the new Wembley stadium all the way through to smaller cases like residential landlord and tenant issues. He approaches each claim with the same attention to detail and desire to help his clients.
Mark is also one of a handful of solicitor members of the Pyramus and Thisbe club, a club for practitioners who have an understanding of Party Wall problems and all associated neighbourly issues involving construction, demolition and repair of buildings.
If you would like to discuss any issues in confidence then please contact Mark Hessel.
